The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego participates annually at the Pavilion “Artes de México”, in collaboration with the Mission Federal Artwalk Festival in Little Italy to promote art and culture from Mexico.

The Artwalk is recognized as the largest fine art festival in Southern California. This year, it celebrates its 33rd edition with over 350 local, national and international artists, showcasing their work in the vibrant neighborhood of Little Italy in San Diego, CA under the theme “Vivid Expression”.

This free and inclusive event will be open from 11 a.m until 6 p.m on Saturday, April 29th and Sunday April 30th. A group of 30 Mexican artists will display their work at the “Artes de Mexico” pavilion, which will be located in front of the Mexican Consulate, between Cedar St. and Beech St.

The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego and the Consul General, Marcela Celorio, celebrate the growing participation of Mexico in this renowned festival where Mexican artists from several states of the country and Mexican-American art creators will display their distinctive art.
