USAID Study Tour brings together prominent business leaders to Ciudad Juarez to learn about successful violence prevention models and share relevant experiences.
During May 17-19, 2017, experts from USAID’s Juntos para la Prevención de la Violencia program hosted a study tour in Ciudad Juarez that brought together prominent business leaders from priority municipalities across Mexico to learn about successful violence and crime prevention models. The study tour, which was sponsored and facilitated by USAID, also served as a space for participating business leaders to establish partnerships and share relevant experiences in the field, both of which will reinforce documentation, evaluation, and replication of best practices for the benefit of a greater number of youth at risk and/or in conflict with the law.
